Chicks

We didn't really do anything much for Easter apart from exchange chocolate. But we did go to see chicks hatching! Ivy was interested, and the chicks were interested in her. They stared at each other for a while.

We took her last year, too. Look at those cheeks, and straight hair!

I have realised that chicks aren't actually all that cute close up. Kind of angry looking, but maybe that's just because they've had to fight out of a shell to be born.
